Nationwide Fast Shipping

Shipping policy


Effective Date: August 22, 2025

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier service.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time are processed the next business day.

Transit Times

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the USPS service selected and destination.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

  • USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; transit times may be longer.

Split Shipments

  • We usually ship complete orders together. If you’d like items to ship separately, contact us; additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Changes

  • We can update shipping addresses before an order ships. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Preorders/Backorders (if applicable)

  • Estimated ship dates are provided at checkout or on product pages and are subject to change due to supplier/carrier constraints.

Lost/Damaged in Transit

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members/neighbors and contact USPS. If still unresolved, email us at info@relationshipiskeyuniforms.com and we’ll assist.

  • For damaged items, please email photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery.

Undeliverable/Refused Packages

  • If returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship for the actual reship cost. Original shipping is non‑refundable.

Holiday & Weather Delays

  • Peak season, weather events, and carrier issues can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience.
